Woods LLP, a prominent litigation, arbitration and insolvency boutique in Montreal, is currently seeking a dispute resolution lawyer with 4 to 8 years of experience in insolvency to join its dynamic team, in its downtown offices.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a practice in insolvency, restructuring, and debt recovery, which will be at the core of the mandates entrusted to you. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in civil and commercial litigation matters based on the firm’s needs.
The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Québec Bar and must provide superior academic and professional credentials. Also, must be fluent in French and have a professional knowledge in English, including strong communication, analytical, and writing skills for written and occasional oral correspondence to effectively interact with our English-speaking clientele.
Resourceful, autonomous and a team player, the candidate must be capable of simultaneously handling numerous files while responding quickly to the needs and expectations of our clientele, thereby demonstrating their availability and proactive approach.
