He acts in litigation relating to large‑scale infrastructure projects involving developers and consortia in both public and private contexts. His practice includes representing a consortium in a major infrastructure construction project in Québec, as well as acting for a client in a multi‑phase real estate development project involving governance issues. He has also acted in matters involving major commercial infrastructure, as well as disputes related to private and public construction projects involving complex contractual structures and collaborative mechanisms among partners.
Eric Bédard’s practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation and on domestic and international arbitration. He represents clients in complex disputes arising from high‑stakes infrastructure projects, including those relating to transportation, energy and utilities, water, and information technology. He regularly advises major international players and construction consortia on large‑scale projects, including matters involving professional liability and design standards. Eric frequently intervenes during the execution of projects, working with contractors or infrastructure owners to help prevent disputes or mitigate their impact.
Louis Seveno, admitted to the bars of Québec, Ontario, and New York, focuses his practice on high‑stakes civil and commercial litigation and on domestic and international arbitration. His practice includes representing parties in claims arising from PPP projects involving construction defects, cost overruns, contractual penalties, and warranty issues. He has also acted in matters involving the realization and challenge of assets across multiple jurisdictions in the context of complex restructurings, as well as in disputes involving sophisticated contractual structures and project‑partner governance issues.
Richard Vachon focuses his practice on complex civil and commercial litigation. He has been involved in disputes arising from large‑scale infrastructure and construction projects, including major projects carried out under collaborative delivery models involving multiple parties. His practice notably includes representing a construction consortium in connection with a hospital mega‑project involving multiple contractual disputes with the facilities manager, project managers, and various professionals. He has also acted in litigation relating to investment and recapitalization structures in complex corporate contexts, as well as in disputes involving critical infrastructure and essential services, including issues of performance, responsibility, and coordination among multiple parties.
