Samuel Robichon Joins Woods

Woods is pleased to welcome Samuel Robichon to our litigation team. With nearly a decade of experience, he strengthens our civil and commercial litigation practice with his methodical approach and keen understanding of the technical and strategic issues at play in every case.

Samuel’s practice spans a wide range of industries, including construction, insurance, maritime transport, real estate, and professional liability. An experienced litigator, he has appeared before the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has also taught insurance law at the Université de Montréal and contributed to updating Professor Didier Lluelles’ Précis des assurances terrestres.
