Louis Seveno

Louis Seveno focuses on high-stakes civil and commercial litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration. He practises mainly in contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder litigation, insolvency, employment law, professional liability, class actions, private international law, and injunctive proceedings. He has also acquired substantial experience in construction and PPP disputes. Called to the bars of Quebec, Ontario, and New York, he is active in cases involving Canadian and foreign corporations and in cases involving cross-border or multi-jurisdictional issues.  He sits on the board of directors and executive committee (president) of the Canadian Bar Association, Quebec division, including various ad hoc committees. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Sebastian L. Pyzik

Sebastian L. Pyzik is a versatile and effective litigator who represents public and private companies and their officers, directors and shareholders in major, sensitive, reputational or otherwise strategic civil and commercial disputes. He also regularly acts for clients facing construction and real estate disputes, including in the context of large-scale projects such as public-private partnerships. His practice also includes handling injunctions and urgent applications, reputational matters and sports-related files. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is actively involved with The Advocates’ Society.
