Woods LLP welcomes three new lawyers

Woods LLP is glad to count Audrey Bourassa, Marie-Pier Cloutier, and Jean-François Hudon as new members of its team.

Member of the Quebec Bar since 2008, Jean-François Hudon practiced in a national firm in civil and commercial litigation, mostly in securities. He has evolved in the finance industry prior to beginning his legal career.

Audrey Bourassa has worked as a lawyer in an international firm between 2011 and 2014.  She has a wide-ranging civil and commercial litigation practice, which focuses mainly on class actions, competition law, shareholder and contractual disputes as well as bankruptcy and insolvency law.

Marie-Pier Cloutier begins her career as a lawyer. She holds degrees in civil law and common law, and has completed her articling at the Justice Department of Canada with the commercial and regulatory directorates.
