Woods welcomes a new talented lawyer, Catherine Couture, to its team.

Woods is delighted to announce Catherine Couture‘s admission to the Quebec Bar and her acceptance to pursue her career as a lawyer within our team. Her journey as an articling student at Woods has deepened her understanding and demonstrated a clear passion for litigation and dispute resolution.

Throughout her articling, Catherine has contributed to a diverse range of cases, from class actions to general civil litigation. She has also made her mark in specialized areas such as constitutional law, defamation cases, shareholder disputes, privacy-related disputes, as well as cases in construction law and mining law.

In addition to her involvement within our firm, Catherine plays an active role in the Research and Legislation committees, as well as the Information Technology committee of the Young Bar Association of Montreal. Her active involvement highlights her dedication to the ongoing advancement of the legal profession.
