His diverse background, spanning both public and private sectors, gives him a broad and nuanced perspective. He served as a law clerk at the Federal Court with the Honourable Denis Gascon and completed cooperative internships at the Department of Justice Canada as well as at various law firms in Montreal. These experiences allowed him to develop a deep understanding of multiple aspects of legal research and practice, including commercial law, administrative law, competition law, and class actions. 
Throughout his studies, Daniel was actively involved in his faculty in various capacities, including as a law tutor, research assistant in property law and defamation, and as a member of his student association’s board of directors.
