Emily Martin

Since joining the firm, Emily Martin is developing a diversified practice focused on both civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration. Emily is in involved in major and complex files in matters of professional liability, regulatory issues and contractual disputes. During her articling position at a regional firm in Quebec City and prior to being called to the Quebec bar in 2021, she was involved in research and drafting for commercial litigation, insurance litigation, and transportation law files.
