Omar articled with our firm in 2024, after being admitted to the Egyptian Bar, where he practiced for over three years. His international experience also extends to Paris, where he completed several internships with renowned law firms. He has worked on international commercial and investment arbitration cases, including before ICSID, ICC, CRCICA (Cairo) and DIAC (Dubai) tribunals, notably in the construction and energy sectors. He has also drafted legal reports, including for the World Bank, and participated in international arbitration moots, winning awards for his written and oral advocacy. He now continues to be active in these competitions as arbitrator.
