Alexandre Baril-Furino focuses his practice on complex disputes involving construction, real estate, professional liability, shareholder litigation, and injunctions. A seasoned litigator, he appears before all levels of court in Quebec, as well as before administrative and arbitration tribunals. He is regularly involved in major projects, particularly in the areas of public-private partnerships and construction. A Quebec Bar–accredited mediator as well, he adopts a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to support business clients facing sensitive or strategic issues.
Louis Seveno focuses on high-stakes civil and commercial litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration. He practises mainly in contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder litigation, insolvency, employment law, professional liability, class actions, private international law, and injunctive proceedings. He has also acquired substantial experience in construction and PPP disputes. Called to the bars of Quebec, Ontario, and New York, he is active in cases involving Canadian and foreign corporations and in cases involving cross-border or multi-jurisdictional issues.
