Woods welcomes two new members to its management team

Woods is very proud to announce the addition of two seasoned professionals in their respective fields to the firm’s administrative team. Odile Poupart, CPA-CA joins the firm as Director of Finance and Administration and Nathalie Borgniez as Director of Human Resources.

Odile Poupart will lead the firm’s administrative, financial and risk management activities. She will be a key contributor to the ongoing development of the firm’s strategic direction and the reinforcement of its existing assets.

Odile has held the position of Senior Director of Finance, IT Services and Administration at wealth management company. Prior to that, she worked in auditing for two major international accounting firms before moving into financial reporting in the insurance industry as a senior consultant.

A dedicated and committed professional, Odile is equally involved in the community. Combining passion and philanthropy, she currently sits on two boards of directors: Ballets Jazz de Montréal (treasurer) and Fondation Le Chaînon (member). Odile served for four years on the board of directors of the Blue Bridge Children’s Foundation.

Nathalie Borgniez will manage both strategic and talent management functions of human resources. She will implement appropriate best practices, programs and actions to ensure that they support the firm’s vision and business objectives.

Nathalie has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management in various companies and industries. Over the course of her career, she has developed a particular ability in organizational change and in implementing programs that support employee skills development, succession planning and change management.
