Given the proliferation on the Web of comments originating from anonymous sources, encouraged by the growing role played by social media and the Internet, Alexandre and Arielle have chosen to discuss the Norwich orders, which allows a victim to obtain information enabling him or her to identify the individual or individuals who published his or her comments.
